1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each player is permitted only one (1) account on the no2jl Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. We may request additional documentation, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Your failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your no2jl account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the Platform
• Deposits must be made from payment sources in your own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected

4.2 Withdrawals

6.3 Malfunctions

• Creating multiple accounts
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform. Any funds in your account balance (excluding bonuses and bonus winnings) may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to no2jl, including but not limited to losses from chargebacks, disputed transactions, or regulatory fines.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no2jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

no2jl's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made into your account.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless no2jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes.
